Parenting
You may have more questions than answers about parenting. Maybe the thought of becoming a parent seems impossible to you right now.
You’re not alone. We are a safe place to share your concerns and questions. We can help you find the answers to questions and fears you may have about pregnancy, labor, delivery, breastfeeding, and parenting – and with good information, you can decide if parenting is the right decision for you.

Adoption
Adoption is a good option for you if you believe another family could give your baby a better future than you can. It’s a loving choice, but a very difficult choice to make.
You have many choices available to you when making an adoption plan. You can choose to know your child and be a part of your child’s life (open adoption), or choose not to have contact and no information exchanged (closed adoption). There is usually plenty of time during pregnancy to investigate your options. We are not an adoption agency, but provide referrals to adoption counselors to empower you to make the best choice for you and your baby.
Abortion
You’re facing a really hard decision. We aren’t here to tell you what to do. We do want to make sure that you have accurate, up-to-date information so you can make an informed decision.
Your first step is to know if you really are pregnant. We offer pregnancy testing free of charge, and can discuss your options with you based on the result of your test.
Abortion is a medical procedure and is worth investigating well prior to making your decision. We provide information from the Minnesota Department of Health on methods of abortion, emotional effects, and short- and long-term risks involved.
We do not refer for or provide abortions, but we provide information on abortion and alternatives to abortion. We also provide referrals for support after abortion.
